How to store default MySQL client paramenters

New way:

$ mysql_config_editor set --login-path=i88ca --host=localhost --user=i88ca --password

You will then be asked to enter the password for the user that you've set, 'i88ca' in this case.

Now, you can log in to mysql on the command line using:

$ mysql --login-path=i88ca

Old way, insecure with plain text password: in ~/.my.cnf

[client]
user=i88ca
host=i88.ca
password=password
