change master to MASTER_HOST='', MASTER_USER='i88ca', MASTER_PASSWORD='password', MASTER_LOG_FILE='mysql-bin.000106', MASTER_LOG_POS=1050857999;

CREATE USER 'repl'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'password';


mysql> show master status;
| File             | Position | Binlog_Do_DB | Binlog_Ignore_DB |

1 row in set (0.00 sec)

for compatibility, such as different version, try mysqldump

only replicate to higher version sql server. (slave should have higher version)

for replication compatibility, upgrade slave to higher version than master.
